It is owned and managed by Stephen Marks, who retired as Managing Partner of the Melbourne office and former National Chairman of Sothertons specifically to specialise in Probity Advisory and Auditing Assignments. Stephen left Sothertons to further develop the successful probity auditing practice which he has established.
